Ueckermünde, the north-eastern most harbour of Germany, is situated on the Uecker river and has a new attraction; a combination of holiday flats and a marina with room for up to 400 yachts. Description of the holiday park
The "lagoon-city" Ueckermünde lies directly at the mouth of the Uecker river in the Szczecin Bay, in the north-east corner of Mecklemburg-Western Pomerania. Lots of guests come here not just for the historic old town, but also – or especially for – its natural beauty and unique combination of forests and water. This can be enjoyed, for example, on a canoe or motorboat tour of the romantic river Uecker. If you are looking for something more social, you can take part in a brail trip. Ships offer trips to Poland, the island of Usedom and round trips in the bay that begin in Ueckermünde harbour. A well-kept network of biking, hiking and horseback riding trails lead our guests into the heart of the surrounding nature. The two new long-distance bike trails attract more and more cyclists to the region. Varying bike tours let you discover the bay, the Ueckermpnd heath and the Brohm Mountains.
