Site description
Königsaue is a small, quite town that's located in the municipality of Seeland. The municipality unites 7 smaller communities that encompass Lake Concordiasee. The town Schadeleben is situated right on the lake. What makes the landscape especially attractive is the international bird reserve Hakel Forest, located just 1,6km away. Primarily birds of prey find there refuge here. Another special attraction is the occurrence of the Lesser Spotted eagle – this is it's westernmost habitat in Europe. The Apart-Hotel Seeland is located between these two towns. You'll spend a memorable holiday here if you want to find relaxation, enjoy the clean air and leave all stress behind. There's a large net of hiking trails around the lake, you can stroll in the town park and there's a children's adventure land. By bike, on foot or on horseback – you'll enjoy the nature surroundings of the lake. |
